Little green Blog Post 7

So I have finished my book and to be honest I was kind of disappointed. Not that it's a bad book but I though it was going to be a book about war but instead talks about the life of a small girl growing up during the Chinese Cultural Revaluation and explaining the hardships. But its still good but not my kind of taste.

I would recommend this book to any one who likes historical fiction. I say this because the Chinese Cultural Revaluation was a real thing, and I do recommend this book to anyone who likes that genre because its written in first person and it's also kind of an auto biography because the person who wrote this went through it when it was happening. So yea that is why i would recommend this book to any one who falls into that category.

Conflict
The conflict in the book would have to be man vs society because little green has to fight the Chinese Cultural Revaluation. This is a conflict for her because all her life she has only known the life during the Chinese Cultural Revaluation, but her getting used to this life doesn't mean its easier for her. That makes it more of a conflict because she never knew her dad because he was sent to a labor camp when she was very young.

Character analyses

Little Green- Little green is persevering. I say this because throughout the book there is many obstacles that she has to overcome and she gets through them and especially in this time which is even harder due to the Chinese Cultural Revaluation. Like one of the times when her mom would have to work all day and and first she was left with total strangers because she had just moved there and didn't know anyone. But she got through this and adapted to a whole new environment.
