Character Analysis
Paul McCartney Young- Paul was a very confident kid. I'm pretty sure he was when he was older but I still haven't gotten there yet. But anyway the reason I say this is because of the way that he got into the band. A kid that was on John Lennon's band from when they were younger introduced them. In the book it said that Paul wasn't bothered or intimidated by them. So when he met them it said that he was back stage with the older boys and without hesitation he picked up the guitar and asked John Lennon " Mind if I play". Paul said sure and his skill level was so great that in the book John states "I couldn't take my eye off him". Paul was so good because he was a vey smooth singer and he could hit every note and tone. Paul could also play much more notes than most of the other boys including John. This worried him because he was afraid that he would show John up and take control of the band. But Paul still joined after Paul asked him to and the band was still the same just with one more talented person in his band.

Theme
So far I couldn't really see a clear theme but if you look closer the you can spot a couple. So far I have spotted one main one. That one is; don't let tragedy hold you down. The reason that I say this is cause of the are that young Beatles met and where there career took off. This are was called Liver Pool. During the second world war this city was a strategic bombing area due the amount of port this city had, this made it a big military target. So it seemed that almost every day they were being bombed. Ringo Star says that he remembers seeing gaping areas where house should be but instead he saw pile of ruble. But this did't hold these young Beatles down course they would soon be one of the world biggest legacy. But this is also due to the vibe the city gave out. John recalls that people from liver pool tend to be funny and that there accent made a simple sentence sound like a punch line. Not to mention the great taste in music and all the wide variety of different cultures and the music they had brought music to add to the wide variety that there already is.
